Volunteer Opportunity

PROGRAM PREP VOLUNTEER: Preps materials for classes and public programs  Previous art experience desired, but not necessary  Must be able to assemble multi-step projects and cut out intricate shapes; strong motor skills necessary  Weekday and Sunday shifts available  Minimum 6-month commitment  Ages 16 and up FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER:  Provides additional support at festivals throughout the year (includes set-up, assisting with activities, and break-down)  Desire to work with young children (ages 0-8) is essential  Must be able to stand for an extended period of time and lift up to approximately 30lbs.  Weekend & weekday shifts available depending on festival date  Must provide own transportation to and from festivals  Ages 16 and up Team Play Guide Volunteers: Museum Floor Support (restoring exhibits, encouraging play w/ families, assisting w/ the facilitation of Public Programs)  May also assist in Public Programs  Must be comfortable standing for an extended period of time  Minimum 6-month commitment  Weekdays and Sundays shifts available  Ages 16 and up
